This is a very cool BSW w625c German Training rifle chambered in .22lr. These rifles were issued/privately purchased to Hitler Youth Organizations, SA, NSKK, shooting clubs and other paramilitary organizations. They are built to excellent German standards, and are very accurate. This rifle has a near mint bore. The wood is in excellent shape, with a very attractive deep red finish. The buttplate was replaced with a rubber buttpad, and there was about 1/4" of wood spliced onto the the buttstock to extend it, but was nicely done and blends in well. The bluing is very attractive. This model is more scarce than others. Matching numbers and no import mark.
