This is a James River Armory 1903a4 sniper build in mint condition. These retailed for $2200 when they came out. JRA built these with a new stock and barrel, and the rest are GI parts. The bore is excellent, the scope is mint with excellent glass. Smooth action, and overall an excellent shooter and collectible.
